Shipping

Orders are delivered using the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout according to the destination and order.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are normally dispatched within two business days.

Pre-order and temporarily out-of-stock items are normally dispatched within two business days after the stock arrives at our warehouse. Any expected dispatch date will be displayed on the relevant product page.

If an item becomes unexpectedly unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you with an updated dispatch estimate. You may choose to wait for the item or cancel it for a full refund.

GSC™ Tourer X Delivery

Delivery costs for the GSC Tourer X are calculated by state and displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination. Any timeframe provided is an estimate, as carrier delays and circumstances outside our control can occasionally affect delivery.

Local Pickup

Local pickup will be shown as an option at checkout when it is available.

For products currently in stock, pickup is usually ready within 24 hours. Pre-order products can only be collected after the stock has arrived and the order has been prepared.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@golfskatecaddy.com.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may be unable to amend or cancel it. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy.

Delivery Address Security

You may request delivery to an address different from your billing address. For customer and payment security, we may need to verify the delivery details or dispatch the order to the billing address.

We will contact you if any additional verification is required.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where tracking is available.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take some time to appear after dispatch.
