Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

All GSC Tourer X Products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions and in accordance with provided guidelines.

Effective 15 April 2026 purchases onwards:

  • 2-year factory warranty on electrical components and main unit body
  • 1-year factory warranty on the battery

Exclusions

The following items are considered consumables and are not covered under warranty:

  • Tyres
  • Tubes

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Water damage or impact damage
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs
  • Use outside intended purpose (including stunts, jumps, or excessive load)

Consumer Use Only

This warranty applies to personal, non-commercial use only.

Commercial use (including rental fleets, golf course fleets, hire businesses, or promotional/demo use) will void the warranty.

Warranty Claims

If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  1. Repair the Product using new or equivalent parts
  2. Replace the Product with an equivalent unit
  3. Refund the original purchase price

Australian Consumer Law

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
