Shipping policy

Delivery Costs

We do not offer free delivery. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order, and are shown before you pay.

Free local pickup is available from GSC HQ in Ormeau, QLD. Choose pickup at checkout when it is offered and no shipping fee applies.

Orders are delivered using the shipping method you select at checkout.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are normally dispatched within two business days.

Pre-order and temporarily out-of-stock items are normally dispatched within two business days after the stock arrives at our warehouse. Any expected dispatch date is shown on the relevant product page.

If an item becomes unexpectedly unavailable after you order, we will contact you with an updated dispatch estimate. You can choose to wait for the item or cancel it for a full refund.

GSC™ Tourer X Delivery

Delivery costs for the GSC Tourer X are calculated by state and shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery timeframes vary by destination. Any timeframe we give is an estimate, as carrier delays and other circumstances outside our control can occasionally affect delivery.

Free Local Pickup

Pickup is free. It is shown as an option at checkout when it is available.
Pickup location: GSC HQ, 111 Lahrs Road, Ormeau QLD 4208.

For products in stock, pickup is usually ready within 24 hours. Pre-order products can only be collected once the stock has arrived and the order has been prepared.

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@golfskatecaddy.com.

Once an order has entered processing or been dispatched, we may be unable to change or cancel it. If your order has already been dispatched, please see our Refund Policy.

Delivery Address Security

You can request delivery to an address different from your billing address. For customer and payment security, we may need to verify the delivery details or send the order to the billing address. We will contact you if any extra verification is needed.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available. Tracking updates come from the carrier and may take some time to appear after dispatch.

International Orders

We deliver within Australia only and do not ship internationally.
